Refund and Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of headwear products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, items such as hats, caps, and other headwear cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been purchased or delivered. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives brand new, unworn merchandise.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please feel free to reach out and we will be happy to help.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
Shipping and Delivery
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. We take care in preparing each order so that products are protected during transport and delivered ready to use or enjoy.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise. If you are located in one of these communities we are happy to arrange delivery at no additional cost. Delivery timing will be coordinated directly with the buyer after purchase.
Shipping Within Canada
Orders that require shipping within Canada will include an additional shipping fee. Shipping costs are calculated based on standard Canada wide postage rates and the size and weight of the package. The exact shipping price will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
United States and International Orders
Orders shipping to the United States or other international destinations are welcome. Shipping costs for these locations will be assessed individually based on destination, package size, and current postal rates. Buyers will be provided with the final shipping cost before payment is completed.
